Big Mac Bowls!
Super easy and low carb deliciousness for dinner!
Ingredients:
1 lb ground beef
2 TBSP shredded cheddar cheese
5 TBSP Thousand Island dressing
1 cup chopped lettuce
1 tsp black pepper
1 tsp salt
1 tsp garlic powder
1 tsp oregano
1 tbsp ketchup
3 tsp pickle relish
Directions:
Brown ground beef over medium and drain oil
Add pepper, salt, garlic, oregano, ketchup, relish, and 3 TBSP dressing, mix well
mixture will be creamy but still firm
add to bowl along side chopped lettuce, drizzle 2 TBSP dressing over lettuce.
To eat, mix all together in bowl and enjoy!
This is a less than 20 min dinner that will be filling and keep you fulfilled while on a low carb diet.
