Easy GF Paleo Bread
I really miss bread on this diet, so I spent some time looking for a gluten free paleo bread I could eat that would be extremely low in carbs.
I found Kaylie's website with a lot of varied recipes on it, so I decided to give the 5 minute Gluten Free Paleo Bread a try.
I purchased all but one of my ingredients at Winco Foods, as they have a great selection of bulk items including baking flours of all kinds. I had to get the arrowroot flour on Amazon, as I could not find it locally in any store. So my receipe was put on hold while I waited for Prime!
This went together quickly, however I don't recommend the blender method, as I did,
since the flour acted as a barrier for the liquids to get to the pulsator part and it took a while to get it all mixed. A food processor would be better, and as my blender came with a separate part that is a processor, I will use that method next time, as I will definitely be making this again!

Another suggestion I have, would be to use an 8x4x2 bread pan, as the smaller the pan, the larger the slices will be. I used a 9x5x3 and the bread is too small for anything but a side dish. There is no 'standard size pan' as her recipe suggests, so use a smaller one!
This recipe is very forgiving, according to comments I have read, so feel free to substitute tapioca flour for almond flour if you have it. Or if you have a nut allergy.
Immediately after baking, I wrapped the bread in the parchment paper, put in a large ziploc bag, and froze it to be used as needed.
We very much enjoyed this bread!
