Almond Flour GF Pizza Crust


I really miss pizza, not that we ever ate it too often,  and now that I have an almond flour and coconut flour crust option, we make it about every 2 weeks.

Typical toppings are pepperoni, green peppers, sausage, tomatoes, and mozzarella and parmesan cheeses.

Ingredients:
2 oz. Cream Cheese
3/4 C Shredded Mozzarella
1 Egg beaten
1/4 tsp Garlic powder
1/3 C Almond Flour (I use unblanched)

Preheat your oven to 425.
Line your baking sheet with parchment paper

In a microwave safe pyrex bowl, add cream cheese and mozzarella. Microwave for 20 seconds til melted, stirring in between.
Add remaining ingredients. Mix well.  This will turn into one big glob.  I use my hands and work it and pull it til smooth, just like pizza dough!

Spread your dough on the baking sheet.  You can roll it between 2 sheets of parchment if you prefer, but I just use my palms and shape it and spread it.

Bake for 12-14 min or til golden.
Add your favorite toppings and bake 3 min more to melt the cheese.

Let cool and enjoy!

Top is coconut flour crust, bottom is almond flour.
