Low Carb Brownies



Finally a delicious low carb approved brownie! 

These were so easy to make and taste great! 

Ingredients:
1/2 Cup Cocoa Powder 
2/3 C Honey
1/2 C Coconut Oil
1 TBSP Vanilla Extract 
3 Eggs
1 C Almond Flour 
1/4 tsp. Sea Salt

Instructions:

Heat oven to 350 Degrees. Mix honey, coconut oil and eggs til smooth.  Add almond flour, cocoa and sea salt. Stir til well blended. 
Grease 8x8x2 pan with coconut oil, pour mixture in.
Bake for 25 min til top is firm and toothpick comes out clean.

Cool on wire rack 1 hour before serving.
